You are watching: Chevy 350 intake manifold bolt size

When running an Edelbrock Airgap input manifold, what size intake bolts are required using steel heads? it looks choose they must be around 1 1/2" in length. Ns don"t have actually the manifold on the engine, for this reason I"m simply guessing. Thanks, Tom
small block or huge block?if it"s a tiny block- friend gotta clock the length, or your will jam a bolt into a pushrod on every side and also have a weird lifter tick that friend can"t readjust away, i beg your pardon will conveniently lead come a bending pushrod. Ns think it"s the bolt hole simply to the behind of the center on the driver"s side, and to the front of the center on the passenger side.

Hi Tom, common issue v the different intake rail thicknesses! If you need the 1.500" length simply order the ARP 135-5002 (Black-Ox) or the 435-2002 (Stainless). Doesn"t matter SB or BB, friend may end up through some add"l bolts through a SB, no huge deal!More than most likely you room working with the BB.Thanks, Gary in N.Y.P.S. V all the brands of intakes it"s virtually impossible come order this bolts no longer by the application! ARP takes their dimensions indigenous the OEM lengths, i beg your pardon they walk from the beginning!
